Package transformation:

This service entails transforming your current system into an efficient accounting package and is ideal for single business owners or small businesses with the following circumstances:

This process involves taking the existing data, whether from a cardboard box or an existing accounting package, and transferring it into a selected package that will better suit your personal & business requirements.

This training ensures that they understand the necessary data processing, capturing of customer & supplier details, report printing, stock handling & any other controls which will allow them to efficiently use your newly acquired accounting package.

Once the accounting package is understood we will show you the variety of reports that can be generated on a daily, weekly & monthly basis in order to keep track of important items within your business.

Weekly / Monthly Book-keeping service:

Tidy Sum cc offers a variety of book-keeping services which allow you to concentrate on the daily running of the business while we ensure your financials are updated regularly.

Based on the size of your business & the volume of data which you require to be captured & analysed, this may be offered as a weekly service or alternatively a monthly service.

What is the purpose of this service?

• Customer & supplier invoicing & payments are captured ready for payment & receipting – this ensures that your debtors & creditors are accurate and always up to date.

• SARS reporting – this service provides up to date company information that allows easy & accurate reporting to SARS for VAT returns, provisional tax payments, UIF and other ad hoc queries.
